What types of information does TAEUS collect from me?

Policy Regarding Credit Card Fraud
We use Authorize.net to provide credit card fraud checking services on our site when you place an order with a Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express card. When you purchase from TAEUS we share your credit card details as necessary for the third party to provide that service.
Authorize.net is prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for any other purpose. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. You may place your order by website or by phone by calling 719-325-5000.

In no event will TAEUS be liable for any damages, including without limitation direct or indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, losses or expenses arising in connection with any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus or line or system failure, even if TAEUS or their agents or advisors are advised of the possibility of such damages, losses or expenses.
